It was 2011 that Ayesha finally decided to make her passion into her profession. She quickly started to refine herself by working alongside veterans of the industry, learning as much as she could from them while applying her ideas to there teachings which soon helped her create a name for herself. A perfectionist hidden somewhere in her, she always finds a flaw in her work and hopes to get that perfect shoot the next time, the thrill of that yet to come best ever shoot is what keeps her spirits high and helps her accomplish a new high every time she is out in the field.
With a simple motto to drive her " Learn, Learn and Learn Some More", Ayesha feels its important to keep evolving which is what makes her learn something new everyday and that is what she tells her juniors as well. For everyone who is about to start their journey they should first ask themselves if they really want to be doing this, photography seems an easy way to make money but in reality its a very competitive industry which has standards that not everyone can match and to make things harder the technological advancements in terms of handheld photography devices makes it extremely hard for a photographer to stand out. Secondly be ready to learn, its very important to know everything new there is related to the field may it be a simple firmware upgrade of your camera to the latest techniques. And lastly be ready for criticism, a lot of will be useless but some of it will make you into an outstanding photographer. For the future she is hopeful that Pakistan will be known for its talent and be one of the leaders when it comes to the industry, the amount of interest and the rate of adoption is so high which means that the need for creativity is growing and when people are met with the option of being creative or forgotten they tend to produce results that are exceptional.
