Ikram's Photography

Most photographers who join the industry do it because they are passionate about it but Ikram joined for a nobler reason, he loves photography but his real aim is to portray the reality of rural Pakistan to the higher ups so that they can get what is rightfully theirs.

Ikram started his journey as a photographer a few months back but has grown by two folds as a person since, his love for photography is inherited but he never actually wanted to make it a career. After attending a few seminars by Azhar Hafeez he started thinking about it and then with a little push from his older brother he started his career. His first breakthrough came when a NGO name ARTHO's hired him, since then he hasn't looked back.
His prime focus is rural photography but he never shies out of an opportunity clicking away anything and everything he can from food photography to fashion shoots. Its in his nature to take on challenges and he mostly ends up delivering better then the last. With room for new photographers he thinks its a good sign that the younger generation is flooding the horizon, sometime down the road this tsunami will result in a highly competitive industry with creativity flowing from all corners.
