Daniyal Ahmed Photography

Lahori's are known for there artistic skill and this guy is nothing short of creativity, he was simply trying to win over his friends but soon it dawned to him that he is a photographer inside. Photography is Daniyal Ahmed way of expression, he never looked at it as a profession but more of a way to express his inner most feelings and fulfilling the goal of showing it to the world. Here is a quick look at his work and his life

Born and bred in Lahore, Daniyal has had inspiration all around him. A year back, Daniyal began his journey in the world of photography when he saw a friend clicking, with no intention of continuing photography he simply took some pictures with his phone. Later he picked up a hobby of clicking at random spots and moments which led his curious brain to the world of photography online, after going through tons of tutorials and blogs he started applying those skills to the shots he took with his phone, the results weren't satisfactory but they still proved to be good enough to keep his attention. His view on photography changed a few weeks later when his friend lent him a DSLR to cover a cousins wedding, with his one chance at proving to himself if he had it in him, he clicked that wedding pulling out everything he could from his brain that he had learned over the past few weeks and poured it. The result was unexpected, his shots were better then most and even to a point where the professional photographer who was supposed to cover the wedding was stunned and felt that his shots weren't good enough when compared to Daniyal's.
Like everything, finding that high that you felt the first time is impossible. Same seems to be the case with Daniyal, after numerous shoots and a lot of great shoots he still feels that the thrill he had on the first shoot is missing and nothing can be as good as those shots from a borrowed camera. He does photography as a hobby/passion rather then a profession so he feels shy in handing out advice on it but he feels everyone should live by his mantra, try it and if you are good at it keep doing it. One of his biggest regrets is how he didn't cashed on photography earlier in life, if he only would have found this amazing field a little while ago he would have captured so many amazing things that he feel are now lost.
To him the key to a good photograph is the person taking it, without a creative photographer an ordinary shot will never look extra ordinary and if a shot is ordinary then it is an insult to the profession. So whenever you want to take a shot, picture it in your mind and try to visualize how it should be.
