Jiah's Photography

We often teach our kids to excel and sometimes we do it to a point that it literally destroys them as a person. With a mind that is always hungry for wins, the person ends up locking themselves in shackles and chains of comfort and routine but what they perceive as victory is exactly the opposite of it, winning is not about doing something right once and the repeating it over and over again. Winning in reality is when it gives you the courage to take risks and shows you that failures are merely a tool that helps you reach the top. Such is the story of this young woman who hasn't spent much time on the planet but her growth has amazed and inspired a ton.

Javeria Ali is a humble human being who is quite modest when it comes to facing the limelight. She started her journey in the world of capturing not as a photographer but as an editor, with a passion inside of her to be creative and outstanding she spent hours at ends editing random images adding the aura to them that she felt was missing. Soon came a time when she ran out of images that would help her express herself so she felt the urge to pick up a camera and craft her own canvas, inspired by a few gurus of the industry she quickly learned that being behind a camera was way easier then she thought and soon she was on her way to the top. With a teacher like Sir Irfan Sheikh mentoring her in her journey she found herself clicking shots upon shots and then learning from the feedback she got, with a determined soul and a will of an ox she is always ready to face her peers and accepting of those who take time to critique her work. A senior at her school who was a fashion photographer inspired her to be bold and ready to take risks in her photographs and that helped her achieve highs that most keep wishing for all their lives.
Only 24 years old and with a fan following of over 75k fans it truly is remarkable what she has achieved and all that has been possible because she was determined and did what she loved. Her tools might have changed over the years but she is still doing what makes her happy and this is what she advises the young talent that looks upto her for advices. As for her insights on how to take magical shots well mantra for that simple, be creative and have good lighting. A good moment is a waste if it's not lit properly while a greatly lit environment is a waste if its not creative enough to make a person wonder why they missed being there. As for where the industry is headed, she is confident that it would be mindblowingly awesome but what exactly will it be is something she would want to wait for.
